Our commitment
Total Risk Managers wants this website to work for everyone. That includes brokers who use a screen reader, who move around a page with a keyboard instead of a mouse, who need larger text, or who need stronger colour contrast.
What we have done
These are the things already built into the site.
Clear page structure
Every page uses real headings in order, plus landmarks like header, navigation and footer, so screen readers can jump straight to what matters.
Colour contrast
Body text, links and buttons are checked against the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast levels so they stay readable on every background we use.
Visible keyboard focus
If you move through the site with the Tab key, a clear blue outline shows you where you are on links, buttons, cards and form fields.
Text that reflows
Pages stack into one column on a phone and keep working when you zoom in, so nothing is cut off and you do not have to scroll sideways.
Reduced motion
If your device is set to reduce motion, the moving background on our home page stops. Nothing important is shown only through movement.
Descriptive alt text
Images that carry meaning have alt text. Images that are purely decorative are hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise.
Labelled form fields
Every field on our contact form has a label that assistive software can read, so you always know what to type where.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This is the standard most widely used to judge whether a website is accessible. We test our pages against it as we build and update them. We are not claiming a formal certification, and we know some older pages and some third-party parts of the site still fall short.
